Jessica Gomez is a native of Burbank; her family has been living in Burbank for over 60 years. Her undergraduate degree is in Public Health. She is pursuing a graduate degree in Global Health.  Jessica has volunteered with local and national non-profits. In 2015 she received The President’s Volunteer Service Award from the president of the United States for the volunteered service she completed with the American Red Cross. She is a graduate of the Burbank Neighborhood Leadership Club. The capstone project for her group was a resource guide for the residents of the city of Burbank. In her spare time she enjoys running, climbing and experiencing the great outdoors. Her passion is in helping people receive the resources they need to thrive. She believes every person is deserving of respect, compassion and dignity. This is reflected in her work and interactions with patients.
